Follow Step By Step

Search in Windows Search bar

Click on Apps & features

Now Find Pyhton

After finding, click on modify

                                Then Click on "YES"

Again Click on Modify

Deselect all options and then select all again and Click on Next

Again Select All Advanced Options and Click On Install

Now Wait for Few Seconds or Minutes .

Boom Now Go to your terminal and again Run Your Command.
